Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Billing Supervisor

Northern NJ (Bergen & Passaic Counties) and/or NY (Rockland, Westchester, Orange Counties)

A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Billing Supervisor to oversee the revenue cycle operations for Skilled Nursing Facilities. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader with a strong background in SNF billing and a passion for process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage billing operations to ensure claims are billed and paid accurately and on time.

• Identify and resolve payer issues; manage denials, rejections, and appeals.

• Analyze A/R and performance metrics on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.

• Strong experience billing Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, Hospice, etc.

• Implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce A/R days.

• Maintain compliance with changing payer guidelines.

• Supervise, train, and evaluate billing staff to ensure high performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years in SNF billing as a Billing Manager/Supervisor or Revenue Cycle Manager/Supervisor.

• Expertise in billing and coding; PT billing experience is a plus.

• Proficient in billing software, Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), and related tools.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
