Commercial Cannabis Salesperson

$65,000 – $80,000 + Commission & Residuals


Our client, a fast-scaling cannabis company, is seeking a high-performance Commercial Sales Representative to drive large-volume sales and expand distribution across dispensaries and retail chains. This role is ideal for a competitive closer who thrives in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment and knows how to manage high-value accounts while consistently generating new business.


Responsibilities:


  • Prospect, secure, and grow high-volume retail and dispensary accounts
  • Present product lines, pricing structures, and bulk purchase programs
  • Negotiate contracts and close large-scale deals to exceed aggressive sales targets
  • Manage a high-value book of business while identifying expansion opportunities
  • Maintain strong relationships with buyers, purchasing managers, and ownership groups
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure timely fulfillment


Qualifications:


  • Proven success in high-volume B2B or wholesale sales (cannabis or CPG preferred)
  • Consistent track record of surpassing revenue quotas
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with large accounts
  • Ability to manage multiple deals and clients simultaneously
  • Knowledge of cannabis market trends and compliance regulations a plus
  • Driven, competitive, and results-focused mindset




Compensation & Growth:
