Operations Coordinator (Execution & Project Management)

Our client is seeking a high-performing Operations Coordinator to own execution tracking, coordination, and follow-through across the company.
This role is responsible for ensuring all projects, tasks, and initiatives are clearly defined, assigned, and progressing—while maintaining full visibility across teams. You will work closely with leadership to bring structure, accountability, and operational rigor to a fast-moving business.
This is a highly impactful role that enables leadership to focus on strategy and growth by ensuring day-to-day execution runs smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the company’s task and project tracking system (e.g., ClickUp, Asana)
- Ensure all initiatives are properly captured, assigned, and updated
- Enforce accountability across teams for deadlines, ownership, and progress
- Track timelines and proactively follow up to keep projects moving forward
- Identify and escalate blockers to leadership in a timely manner
- Maintain clear visibility across all departments (operations, marketing, supply chain, etc.)
- Prepare weekly execution reports highlighting progress, risks, and priorities
- Support cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment and execution
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years experience in operations, project coordination, or similar role
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Jira, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep teams aligned
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience in eCommerce, logistics, supply chain, or operations-heavy environments
- Exposure to Amazon/Walmart/Shopify operations
- Experience building or managing workflows and SOPs
