We’re looking for a Short-Form Content Creator who can own the camera and the creative process. You’ll direct, film, edit, and star in TikToks, Reels, and Shorts that capture authentic stories about our families, clinicians, and impact. This role is part creator, part storyteller, and part strategist—perfect for someone ready for their breakout opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Appear on-camera weekly as host and creator
• Direct, film, and edit content from clinics, events, and interviews
• Travel monthly to clinics nationwide (all expenses covered)
• Publish across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
• Track engagement metrics and optimize performance
• Stay ahead of trends, formats, and sounds
• Collect media releases (with support from the team) to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Copywriter to align with campaigns

Qualifications:

• Strong on-camera presence with natural, approachable style
• Portfolio of short-form video work (TikTok, IG, or YT Shorts)
• Skilled in editing (CapCut, Adobe, or similar)
• Deep knowledge of trends, algorithms, and growth strategies
• Highly organized, creative, and self-sufficient under tight timelines
• Comfortable filming around children and families
• U.S.-based and available for monthly travel
