A leading commercial real estate investment firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Mortgage Underwriter to join its growing team. This individual will play a key role in evaluating and structuring commercial real estate financing opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Underwrite commercial mortgage deals across various asset classes
• Analyze financial statements, rent rolls, and market data
• Assess risk and structure loan terms accordingly
• Prepare credit memos and present recommendations to leadership
• Work closely with origination and closing teams throughout the deal lifecycle

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial mortgage underwriting
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
• Deep understanding of commercial real estate and lending principles
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
