The R&D Engineer supports new product development through research, documentation, drawings, and structured execution. This role focuses on turning ideas into clear, validated, and launch-ready solutions while collaborating closely with Product Development, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Research concepts, standards, and best practices
• Create and maintain CAD drawings and technical documentation
• Document prototypes, testing results, and decisions
• Support prototyping and validation efforts as needed
• Own R&D workstreams from concept through handoff
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and timelines



Qualifications:

• Strong documentation, drawing, and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of CAD and 3D tools
• Familiarity with cabinetry or manufacturing processes
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Clear communicator across technical and non-technical teams
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
